Supercross enthusiasts prepare to feast your eyes on the first official gameplay trailer for Milestone’s Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 2. There’s also news of pre-order bonuses for those wishing to pick up a copy of the game, but let’s delve straight into the footage.
The video in question showcases the final, breathtaking race lap on the Tampa circuit, in Florida, and focuses in-game on Eli Tomac, a champion motocross racer. It’s a nail biting finish as he snatches second place, with the accompanying fast-past track “I Don’t Like Me Anymore” by NOFX really setting the tone well. That’s just one of the songs on the Monster Energy Supercross 2 soundtrack though, with other punk music expected to feature from the likes of Good Riddance and Sick of It All, which will no doubt get the adrenaline pumping.
Furthermore, Milestone have announced that physical pre-order are available at places like GAME, Amazon and Shopto. Everyone that’s pre-ordering Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 2, which is due to launch on 8th February, 2019 for Xbox One, PS4, Switch and PC, will get the following in-game bonus: the exclusive Infinity Customization Pack that includes a rider suit and a bike livery (not available on Nintendo Switch).
It won’t be long before you’re stepping into the boots of an official Supercross racer and experience the exciting life of being involved in the most competitive off-road motorcycle racing championship in the world.
