The second season of Telltale Games’ highly popular Minecraft: Story Mode is almost upon us. So what better way to prepare for it than with an official trailer!
Telltale Games are working in collaboration with Mojang and members of the Minecraft community to deliver a continuation of Jesse’s adventures, across a five-part episodic second series of Minecraft: Story Mode. Returning players will see their choices from the first season carry over into season two, but it’ll be equally accessible to newcomers.
The first trailer focuses on episode one, “Hero in Residence”, picking up after Jesse and the gang have overcome such obstacles as the Wither Storm, crazy robots and murderous pumpkins. They are super famous now, but that’s made life a little more complicated, with less time to go on adventures, leading to friendships fading. That is until Jesse’s hand gets stuck in a creepy gauntlet belonging to an ancient underwater temple. The gang must embark on a new journey alongside old pals and new acquaintances, making tough choices and getting to grips with a temperamental llama.
Episode one of Minecraft: Story Mode – Season Two, “Hero in Residence”, will be available for purchase on July 11th, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. Will you be joining Jesse for the next adventure?
