A sci-fi crime mystery puzzler that has been developed by the Miga Games team, Forest Grove today prepares to lift the red tape for investigators on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC, building up to launch in Q3 2022.
Created by Miga Games and picked up for publishing through the Blowfish Studios team (they recently behind Blackwind), Forest Grove will bring its sci-fi crime mystery puzzling to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC (through Steam) in the latter half of 2022.
Q3 2022 is the exact window and it’ll be here when we see the tears streaming down the face of Mary Kunstimatigaard as she recounts the mysterious disappearance of her teenage step-daughter. It’s the Forest Grove Police who call in the Remote Forensic Bureau (RFB) to investigate where the tech-empire heiress went missing. Using revolutionary nano-technology, safely analyze the crime scene in a virtual space and bring answers to the surface.
This is where you come in, searching for clues through a Nanodeck recreation of the Kunstimatigaard’s beautiful Victorian estate. Collecting evidence from the most unsuspecting places is the name of the game, as you work through a cloned crime scene by deciphering puzzles around the home to unlock secrets and hidden rooms. You’ll also be found examining audio and visual echoes of the past using Biotraces to see what transpired on that ill-fated day.
Further is the chance to add evidence to the clue board to make connections, narrow down persons of interest, and crack the case. At the end of the day, the work of an investigator is always grueling and unpredictable under scrutinizing eyes and only by concluding each investigation session in the Nanodeck will you receive a performance grade from the RFB higher-ups. Succeed and bring justice to the family, or fail, and be forced to tell a grieving mother her baby girl may be gone forever.

Forest Grove will be available on all major platforms and promises to feature English voice acting as well as English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese text options.
