Flint: Treasure of Oblivion from Microids and Savage Level is set to land on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC soon. How soon? Well, how does October 24th 2024 sound to you?
Sail the high seas
Come October, Flint: Treasure of Oblivion will see you embarking alongside Captain Flint, his first mate Billy Bones, and his crew of sea wolves in search of a legendary treasure promising freedom and fortune. You know, much like we were promised in Sea of Thieves and Skull & Bones.
Promising to bring an original narrative using traditional comic book expression, Flint: Treasure of Oblivion invites players to immerse themselves in a historically documented pirate adventure sprinkled with fantasy elements.
Flint: Treasure of Oblivion will also deliver strategic depth thanks to its turn-based combat that refreshes genre basics by drawing inspiration from role-playing and board game mechanics, particularly through dice rolls. When players form their crew, each member brings unique skills, allowing them to tailor their strategy to their play style. During tactical phases, players can use skill and attribute cards to enhance their team members and gain an edge over opponents. Raise the sails and uncover the buried secrets in the distant lands of Flint: Treasure of Oblivion.
Key Features
- TURN-BASED TACTICAL COMBAT: A good preparation is key! Choose your crew members with unique abilities, obtain new skills, improve your dices. During the tactical phases, use cards to trigger skills and attributes and influence the fight with dice throws.
