The snow has fallen and the lakes have frozen over – it’s Winter in Series 2 of the Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist Challenges. But you know what that means? Yep, we’re back with a full rundown of the challenges on offer, as we provide the cars, tunes, hints and tips you need to gather up the rewards on offer.
The Series 2 Winter challenges are in place from now, running till July 9th 2026. Fire up Forza Horizon 6 this instant and get involved with the latest challenges. And remember, you can play through Game Pass if you like.
Why would you want to play? Series 2 Winter gives you the opportunity to rack up Festival Playlist Points by completing events across the map, unlocking the featured seasonal rewards before the next season rotation arrives. And once Winter is out of the way, we’ll move on to the Spring of Season 2.
Here’s everything included in the Forza Horizon 6 Series 2 Winter Festival Playlist, along with our recommended cars, tune setups in the form of share codes, and challenge tips. You may well need them.
What Is The Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist?
If you’re new around these parts, the Festival Playlist is Forza Horizon 6’s rotating weekly challenge system, offering players the chance to complete seasonal events in exchange for Playlist Points, reward cars, Wheelspins and Credits.
Each Series lasts four weeks and is split into Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring editions, with Season 2 running from June 18th for 4 weeks. From there, we move into Season 3. Should you be looking for all our Challenge Guides, we’ve got you covered.
Completing events across the map increases your seasonal progress, unlocking exclusive rewards before the Playlist resets the following week.

Festival Playlist Reward Cars
This week’s seasonal rewards are tied to Playlist Point totals earned across the various activities available around the map.

After the joys of the 90s last week, we head back to the 2000’s this time around, and while neither of the cars look that exciting on the surface, there is some serious horsepower lurking in the depths. If you need to move quickly, these are the tools to use!
Monthly cars are well within reach now in week three of the series, so keep following the guides to get your hands on the keys.

Event: Weekly Challenge

Evos are among my favourite of the cars, and I remember when this came out IRL. I still think these earlier Evos were the best looking, and with rally bred handling they were also apparently a hoot to drive.
There’s no option to win one this week, so you have no choice but to stump up 70,000 of your credits at the Autoshow to get one.

Step 1 – Own and drive the car. Simple enough! As long as you have the pennies…
Step 2 – Complete three laps at the Sekibe Time Attack circuit. Seems easy enough.
Step 3 – Earn three stars at the Festival Loop speed zone .Luckily, it’s only an average of 90 mph that’s required, and the tune above will do it. Go from the right!
Step 4 – Now simply win a Dirt race. No problem!

- Challenge: 7 Individual Challenges
- Car: Varies
- Reward: Credits
Daily challenges return, and as the name suggests, a new one is unlocked every day. Keep checking back to find out what you need to do! There is an achievement for earning every point in a season, and these are key to doing that.

- Car: Any Rally Monster from the 2000’s
- Reward:Forzalink phrase – You’re a MONSTER!!
Nice and easy this week, simply photograph a Rally Monster car from the 2000’s. Any time, any place, anywhere – it doesn’t matter!

Event: Collectables – Treasure Hunt
- Points: 3pts
- Challenge: Smash stuff up!
- Car: No Restriction
- Reward: 100,000 credits
Drive into the Treasure chest for many credits, up in the snowy north. Easy peasy.

Event: Seasonal Championship – Cross Country
- Points: 5pts
- Championship: Stray from the Path
- Car: 2000’s Modern Rally- B Class
- Reward: Audi RS 4 2006
Weirdly, the Evo we just used doesn’t qualify for this event, so I used an EVO VIII MR instead. Share code for mine is 108833644.
Win all three races solo, or best two of three if you’re in a convoy, and the prize will be yours.
Event: Seasonal Championship – Street Racing
- Points: 5pts
- Championship: Retro Rewind
- Car:2000’s Retro Sports Cars
- Reward: Acura Integra
Retro Sports Cars from the 2000’s isn’t a massive field of cars, so I chose a 2000 Nissan Skyline GT-R VSpec II. No other choice was there, really?
The share code for mine is 922445368. I spent all the points on handling, so this thing grips and goes!
Event: Seasonal Championship -The Trial
- Points: 5pts
- Championship: Forward Thinking
- Car: 2000’s Total FWD – B Class
- Reward: Ferrari 430S
Last week’s Trial, while still not a pleasure, was at least a bit better, with people who could point at teamwork in a dictionary. Let’s hope it continues.
With that off my chest, we need a FWD car from the 2000’s. I went with a 2008 Honda Civic Type R, and the share code is 143461947.
Event: Time Attack

- Location:Hokubu Time Attack
- Car: 2000’s – S1 Class
- Reward: Wheelspin
We need to blitz the track in under 58 seconds, so I chose a 2009 BMW M5 – the share code is 350929793.
Event: Speed Zone
- Points: 2pts
- Location: Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route
- Car: 2000’s – S1 Class
- Reward: Wheelspin
This is one of the hardest courses in the game for me, as the section in the snowbanks can really slow you down.
I stayed in the same Beemer, and the target is an average of 100mph. Good luck!.
Event: Drift Zone

- Location :Mt Haruna
- Car: 2000’s – S1 Class
- Reward: Wheelspin
With the limitation being cars from the 2000’s, I can’t use my go to Supra, so I went with a stock Formula Drift Ferrari. We need to slide our way to 115,000 points in this series of hairpins.

- Car: Unknown
- Reward: Honda S2000
Simply complete an online Race Championship. Could be any class, so I can’t help there, but at least you don’t have to win.
Event: Eliminator

Survive into the top 30 of the Eliminator. Hide, battle, whatever works for you.
Fastest Ways To Earn Playlist Points This Week
If you’re looking to unlock the seasonal rewards quickly, you may want to prioritise the easier activities first. If that is indeed the case, and pretty much as always, we recommend ticking off the Photo challenge first – it’s the most simple way to rack up the points. Then hit up the Treasure Hunt (literally!) before working your way through the upper reaches of the Eliminator
This should allow you to stack up a healthy hit of progress through the Playlist before even touching the longer Seasonal Championships.
