Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist Challenges Guide – Series 3 Summer

-

2026's Best Games

Series 3 of the Festival Playlist Challenges is already here in Forza Horizon 6 with the arrival of Summer, and the title this time around sees the focus firmly set on the “Italian Exotics”. I’m guessing we won’t be playing for a Fiat 500, no? Well, with some heavy hitters of the car world based in Italy, the scene is set for some desirable cars. And neatly, with Series 3 the used car dealership will be playing host to some Italian cars that were previously only available in wheelspins. We like!

Yep, it’s summer time, and the living is easy. Except when we’re hooning it around with Series 3 of the Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist Challenges. Want some tunes, cars and tips to aid you in your challenge completion? Our pleasure…

The Series 3 Summer challenges are in place from now, running till July 23rd 2026. Fire up Forza Horizon 6 this instant and get involved with the latest challenges. And remember, you can play through Game Pass if you like.

As always, Series 3 Summer gives you the opportunity to rack up Festival Playlist Points by completing events across the map, unlocking the featured seasonal rewards before we start all over again with Series 4.

Here’s everything included in the Forza Horizon 6 Series 3 Summer Festival Playlist, along with our recommended cars, tune setups in the form of share codes, and challenge tips. Hopefully they’ll help you out somewhat.

What Is The Forza Horizon 6 Festival Playlist?

If you’re new around these parts, the Festival Playlist is Forza Horizon 6’s rotating weekly challenge system, offering players the chance to complete seasonal events in exchange for Playlist Points, reward cars, Wheelspins and Credits.

Each Series lasts four weeks and is split into Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring editions, with Season 3 running from July 16th for 4 weeks. From there, we move into Season 4. Should you be looking for all our Challenge Guides, we’ve got you covered.

Completing events across the map increases your seasonal progress, unlocking exclusive rewards before the Playlist resets the following week.

At A Glance

  • Series: Series 3 – Italian Exotics
  • Season: Summer
  • Dates: July 16th – July 23rd 2026
  • Main Reward Cars: 1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5, 2004 Maserati MC12
  • Series Reward Cars: 2024 Lamborghini Temerario, 2022 Ferrari 296 GTB
  • Easiest Playlist Points: Photo Challenge, Treasure Hunt, Horizon Play – Name of the Game

Festival Playlist Reward Cars

This week’s seasonal rewards are tied to Playlist Point totals earned across the various activities available around the map.

  • Points – 20 | Reward – 1984 De Tomaso Pantera GT5 (Legendary)
  • Points – 40 | Reward – 2004 Maserati MC12 (Epic)

These are very Italian cars, with a healthy dose of speed and style. I’m quite looking forward to this series.

  • Points – 80 | Reward – 2024 Lamborghini Temerario (Legendary)
  • Points – 160 | Reward – 2022 Ferrari 296GTB (Epic)

Event: Monthly Rivals

  • Points: 4pts
  • Circuit: Electric Town Circuit
  • Car: 2024 Lamborghini Temerario
  • Reward: Super Wheelspin

Different circuit, different car, same basic setup: get a clean lap. It can be the slowest lap ever as long as you don’t hit a wall! But of course, that is easier said than done, as this thing likes to rev! And slide a bit too…

Event: Weekly Challenge

  • Points:5
  • Challenge:Do-It-All Dino
  • Car: 1969 Ferrari Dino 246GT
  • Reward: 25,000 Credits

Originally produced after the Ferrari 206 GT was thought to be lacking power, the Dino answered those criticisms. Named after Enzo Ferrari’s son, this car cemented its place in history.

If you want one for free, go and win the “The Trial” championship, otherwise it’ll be 390,000 credits at the Autoshow. Maybe the online players will be better this week?

A nice sedate tune to kick off with, and the code is 321014666.

Step 1 – Own and drive the car. Simple enough! As long as you have the pennies…

Step 2 – Earn 6 stars at Speed Traps now. Luckily, not all in one go, eh?

Step 3 – Simply win 2 Road Races now. Pick one you like is my advice.

Step 4 – Now simply take a photo. And if you do it at Shikisai-no-Oka, you’ll kill two birds with one stone. This is directly north of Tokyo, in a stripy section of the map.

Event: Daily Challenges

  • Points: 1pt x7
  • Challenge: 7 Individual Challenges
  • Car: Varies
  • Reward: Credits

Daily challenges return, and as the name suggests, a new one is unlocked every day. You’ll want to keep checking back to find out what you need to do each and every time! There is an achievement for earning every point in a season, and these are key to doing that.

Event: Photo Challenge

  • Points: 2pts
  • Challenge: #PetalPower
  • Car: Any Ferrari
  • Reward: Pink Sports Coat

A Ferrari amongst some flowers? I used the Dino from the first challenge. Go straight up on the map from Tokyo to find a stripy area – that’s where you need to be.

See the top of this article for my effort.

Event: Collectables – Treasure Hunt

  • Points: 3pts
  • Challenge: Find the chest!
  • Car: No Restriction
  • Reward: 100,000 credits

Drive into the Treasure chest for many credits, In the Nangan Region this week.

See the map for details.

Event: Seasonal Championship – Street Racing

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: Night Time Views
  • Car: 1980’s – B Class
  • Reward: Lambo Huracan Tecnica

I used a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 for these races, and the share code is 109891906.

Win all three races solo, or best two of three if you’re in a convoy, and the prize will be yours.

Event: Seasonal Championship – Road Racing

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: Italian Spritz
  • Car: Italian Cars – S1 Class
  • Reward: Alfa Romeo 155

I went stock for this one, in a Lambo Sian Roadster. Already at 797 PI, why pay more to tune?

Event: Seasonal Championship -The Trial

  • Points: 5pts
  • Championship: Crossing Boundaries
  • Car: Total Rally – C Class
  • Reward: Ferrari Dino

Total Rally isn’t a category that you can search, but it seems to include all the Rally cars. I went with a Toyota Celica GT4 ST205, and the share code is 618152220.

Pray to the racing gods that you find a team that has got an idea of what teamwork is.

Event: Time Attack

  • Points: Wheelspin
  • Location:Soni Time Attack
  • Car: Italian – A Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

Get around the track in under 53 seconds to succeed here. The Dino did this easy.

Event: Danger Sign

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location:  Airfield Take-Off
  • Car:Italian – A Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

Can you jump over 213 metres? You’ll have to if you want the prize! I stayed in the Dino, and hitting the ramp at 120 mph was fast enough.

Event: Drift Zone

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location :Sunflower Fields
  • Car: Italian – A Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

With the limitation being Italian cars, this was tricky. We need to score over 60,500 drift points. With liberal use of the handbrake, the Dino triumphed again!

Event: Speed Zone

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location :Okishinaimura
  • Car: Italian – A Class
  • Reward: Wheelspin

Average over 130 mph to clear this challenge. I had my doubts, but the Dino aced it! Approach from the right for an easier time.

Event: Horizon Play – Name of the Game

  • Points: 2pts
  • Location: Online
  • Car: A drifty one
  • Reward:Car Horn – Sheep Bleat

Play some Horizon drift and get 10 Drift or E-Drift skills. What could be simpler?

Fastest Ways To Earn Playlist Points This Week

If you’re looking to unlock the seasonal rewards quickly, you may want to prioritise the easier activities first. If that is indeed the case, and pretty much as always, we recommend ticking off the Photo challenge first – it’s the most simple way to rack up the points. Then hit up the Treasure Hunt (literally!) before making the most of Horizon Play – Name of the Game.

This should allow you to stack up a healthy hit of progress through the Playlist before even touching the longer Seasonal Championships.

Follow our lead from up above and you should find yourself powering through the Festival Playlist challenges in Forza Horizon 6 for Series 3 Summer. And make sure you come back this time next week as we provide you with the tips you’ll need to complete the next set of challenges found in Series 3 – Autumn, Winter, Spring.

As always, we’d love to hear if any of our cars and tunes helped you out, so feel free to get involved in the comments.

And remember, you’ll need a copy of Forza Horizon 6 in your digital library. It’s available through Game Pass if you prefer. Just head to the Xbox Store and enjoy a download.

I have to disagree on you with that one. I had no trouble at all with that tune, won on my first try. I was able to stay ahead of all but one drivitar.
