Graffiti Games’ Blue Fire is a cracking little platformer, as evidenced by our 4/5 score bestowed upon the main game back in July of last year. The fans must have loved it too, as today marks the release of the free DLC Void Maker, bringing even more levels to players, as well as the opportunity to expand your creativity with the custom level maker.
Available on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC today, Blue Fire takes us back to the dilapidated world of Penumbra, and has you completing platforming challenges and picking up a whole host of collectibles – this expansion provides more of all of this, with 24 new Void levels to play through, courtesy of those at Robi Studios, as well as the best and brightest within the Blue Fire community.
If you see yourself as a bit of a level artist, then Void Maker has you covered with the introduction Blue Fire’s very own custom level editor. With the inclusion of eyeballs, terrifying dragons to slay, and the all-important giant donuts to kit out your very own 3D maps, if you’ve ever wanted to make your own levels in similar games like Hollow Knight and The Binding of Isaac, this game well and truly has you covered.
