So here we are, heading into September and the latter months of 2017 already. But of course, with a new month on the horizon, all eyes start to glance in the direction of the latest batch of free games being sent the way of Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers thanks to the awesome Xbox Games With Gold scheme for September 2017. And today the list of free games has been announced. You know what? They ain’t half bad either.
The following four games will soon be gifted for free to all Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers via the Xbox Games With Gold scheme for September 2017:
- Forza Motorsport 5 – Xbox One – 1st-30th Sept 2017
- Oxenfree – Xbox One – 16th Sept 2017 – 15th Oct 2017
- Hydro Thunder Hurricane – Xbox 360 – 1st-15th Sept 2017
- Battlefield 3 – Xbox 360 – 16th-30th Sept 2017
Don’t forget, if you haven’t yet grabbed your free games from August – that being Trials Fusion, Slime Rancher and Red Faction: Armageddon, then time is fast running out. Big fat Meh from me… I mean Forza 5 and Battlefield 3 are great games but one is pretty old and the other is positively geriatric. Regardless I’ve got them all. Would have been nice to have at least one new title even if it was an indie game for us folks who’ve been around the block a few times…
I got Forza 5 with my Day One One, so I’m good there. I haven’t played any of the other games so that’s another 3 to add to the backlog.
