Three new additions hit Game Pass this week.

November is off to a roaring start for Game Pass subscribers, with three diverse and exciting titles hitting the service this week.

Whether you’re a PC strategist, an Xbox action hero, or a fan of classic arcade mayhem, there’s something here for everyone. Let’s dive in to those that are popping up on Game Pass, across PC and Xbox this week, with each arriving in the service on November 5th 2024. They are pretty explosive.

In order to play, you’ll need a Game Pass subscription. But you have one of those already, yeah?

StarCraft: Remastered (PC)

Calling all PC strategists! Prepare to relive the glory days of real-time strategy with StarCraft: Remastered.

This isn’t just a simple port; it’s a full-blown remaster of the original StarCraft and its Brood War expansion, painstakingly updated with stunning 4K visuals and enhanced audio. Command the Terrans, Protoss, and Zerg across iconic battlefields, reliving the epic campaigns or testing your skills in online multiplayer.

Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a curious newcomer, StarCraft: Remastered is a must-play for any RTS fan. At least as long as they play on PC.

StarCraft II: Campaign Collection (PC)

The epic space opera continues with the StarCraft II: Campaign Collection, also landing on PC Game Pass this week.

Immerse yourself in the thrilling storylines of Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, and Legacy of the Void. Lead iconic heroes in a fight for the fate of the Koprulu sector.

With over 70 missions, diverse gameplay, and challenging scenarios, the Campaign Collection offers endless hours of strategic depth and action-packed excitement.

Metal Slug Tactics (Xbox & PC)

For those who prefer their action with a side of explosions, Metal Slug Tactics marches onto both Xbox and PC Game Pass – and that means there should be no reason to not play.

This tactical RPG reimagines the classic run-and-gun gameplay of Metal Slug with a strategic twist. Command your squad of familiar faces, as you battle through challenging missions with a roguelite twist.

And utilise dynamic terrain, unleash devastating attacks with the “SYNC” mechanic, and call in powerful reinforcements like airstrikes and the legendary Metal Slug itself.

Prepare for a thrilling new chapter in the Metal Slug saga – keep an eye out for our full review too.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
