As we mentioned a few days ago, Gears of War is now free to all Xbox Live Gold members as part of the Xbox Games With Gold promotional scheme.Â
The Games With Gold scheme is currently limited to 360 titles only but has been promised to show up on the Xbox One sometime in the new year.
Decembers free titles are Shoot Many Robots (from the 16th Dec) and as of today, the title that spawned a blockbusting series, Gears Of War…..an essential play for any gamer.
You can pick up Gears of War now by visiting the Xbox Games Store, or by downloading directly onto your Xbox 360 console. Make sure you do it before the end of the 15th December, otherwise you’ll be back to paying the usual £19.99 price tag.
