One of the finest poker experiences on console is that of Prominence Poker, not just because it’s free to download, but because it manages to hit home with the thrill of the table. Today, just in time for Valentine’s Day, comes a new DLC pack, one that is found adding in a host of treats. Surely you’ll be going all-in with this?

Available to purchase, download and add into your Prominence Poker base game right now is the Valentine Bundle. Working Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S angles, this drops in a number of little treats and multiple outfits for you to utilise in-game.

It’s priced at ÂŁ7.49, and normally we’d turn our noses up at such a cosmetic pack at such a price, but when you consider that the base game of Prominence Poker is free to download on Xbox, opening the wallet and dropping a little bit of cash back towards the 505 Games Pipeworks Studio team behind this poker experience doesn’t feel too bad.

Edit: Prominence Poker is now fully developed and published by Pipeworks Studios team.

We’d suspect that you’ll need to be fully immersed in the poker scene, and Prominence Poker as a whole, in order to really make the most out of what the Valentine Bundle is able to offer, but should you have that base game to hand and are looking for a new option, it’s possibly worth a card drop.

You’ll find the Prominence Poker Valentine Bundle over on the Xbox Store, working for Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. And if you’ve maxed out everything that this one can offer, there are other poker options on the table – we’d point you to the likes of Four Kings: Video Poker or Poker Club as decent alternatives.

Let us know if you decide to go all-in with this pack. The comments are below and we’re kicking around on all the usual social channels.

DLC Description:

An assortment of sweet items and outfits for the holiday!

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
