Go above and beyond as Minecraft: Story Mode – Season 2 reaches its conclusion

…and that’s a wrap! Minecraft: Story Mode – Season 2 is at an end – well, very nearly anyways as the season finale has released.

‘Above and Beyond’ is the fifth episode of Minecraft:  Story Mode – Season Two and it concludes the latest tale as Jesse goes head-to-head with the Admin.

Available right now on Xbox One, PS4, PC, iOS and Android, the fifth and final episode of Season Two of Story Mode ends the tale that has had us gripped for the last few months. With Telltale’s narrative driven episodic skills behind it, and the whole Minecraft vibe pushing Jesse’s tale along nicely, Minecraft: Story Mode – Season Two has been a great little playthrough so far. But can it end on a high? We’ll have a full review for you soon but chances that it will are high.

In order to get involved, then you should be heading to the Microsoft Store – or a digital store of your choosing – immediately. You’ll obviously want to have already played through the previous episodes in the season, and the clever ones out there would have grabbed the Season Pass, but should you be in a position to jump right in then there should be nothing stopping you. £5.19 is all you need to find.

Episode Description:

The home Jesse left so long ago — Beacontown — has succumbed to the iron rule of the Admin. Menacing guards patrol the streets, frightened citizens tremble in fear, and worst of all, everyone believes Jesse is responsible thanks to the Admin’s devious disguise. In order to save the city, the real Jesse must find a way to zap the Admin’s powers and take him down once and for all… Episode five of a five part episodic game series. Purchase of this additional content requires Minecraft: Story Mode – Season Two – Episode 1.
