It got slated upon first release, but Homefront: The Revolution has carried on regardless. Now, after many an update, signs are that its a game that should be checked out – especially now that its latest expansion is with us.
Homefront: The Revolution – Beyond The Walls will set you back £10.39, but will allow you to take Ethan Brady on another mission, a last chance mission if you will, attempting to free America from the totalitarian occupation that has taken hold. You’ll get the chance to head beyond the walls of Philly, rocking up in the rural heartlands of Pennsylvania as you try to make contact with NATO and defeat the KPA for the final time.
You’ll obviously need the full base game in order to get involved with going Beyond The Walls, but if you do, then the price may just make it worth a little shot. If you want to get even deeper with everything that Homefront brings, then the £19.99 full expansion pass will allow you access to this latest content pack, along with all previous DLC too.
There is also a trial version of the game, available on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4, containing the entire first ‘Red Zone’, offering up to four hours of single player gameplay. Unlimited access to Resistance Mode, the online co-operative mode in Homefront: The Revolution is also available for nothing.
