If we were to ask the general public who their favourite cartoon character was, the chances are some of the replies would mention a particularly mischievous ginger cat with a penchant for munching down lasagna. Yes, I am of course talking about Garfield – the terrible tabby who gets up to no good. And now you can get in on the fun with Garfield Lasagna Party

Releasing today on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC platforms, Garfield Lasagna Party is pretty much this kitty’s answer to Mario Party, with over thirty different minigames to partake in against the AI, and of course for bragging rights among friends. Such games have you escaping a horde of dogs in a no-holds-barred race, competing to catch toast whilst avoiding the burnt bread, and of course a whole host of battles involving the classic lasagna – you’ll want to keep hold of your lasagna for as long as possible, or collect as much of the stuff whilst avoiding the spotlight of your owner Jon!

Each game will have Garfield and his friends Odie, Arlene and Nermal face off in colourful locations around Garfield’s house, whether quickly facing off in the Lasagna Challenge mode, having a tournament in the Lasagna World Tour mode, or indeed fighting to cross a board in the classic Lasagna Race mode. Whichever three friends you play with, with whatever mode takes your fancy, you can be sure that you will be treated to some absolutely bonkers mini-games – but be assured that victory could never taste sweeter.

Features coming to Garfield Lasagna Party include:

  • 30+ mini games in famous Garfield environments such as Jon’s house, the pizzeria or Dr. Liz’s pet clinic.
  • Play as one of the 4 iconic characters from Jim Davis’ iconic comic: Garfield, Nermal, Arlene & Odie!
  • Up to 4 players locally! Enjoy a classic board game experience with the Lasagna Race mode, practice your favorite mini-games without the board game mechanics with the Lasagna Challenge mode or set up a tournament to play quickly with a predefined number of mini games with the Lasagna World Tour mode!
  • Fun for all, whether you like party games, lasagna, laughter or simply have a good time with friends and family.

Garfield Lasagna Party is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, Switch and PC. To pick up a copy on Xbox, look no further than the Xbox Store, where the cost of a ticket to this crazy party costs £33.49.

Game Description:

32 mini-games to discover across emblematic environments such as Garfield’s house, the pizzeria, Liz’s veterinary clinic… Our friends Garfield, Odie, Arlene et Nermal have taken on an enormous challenge: to participate in a gigantic lasagna party! Garfield Lasagna Party invites you to play a party game set in the world of everyone’s favorite fat orange cat. With 32 mini-games and 3 play modes, the fun never ends! I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
