Prepare for udder madness as Coffee Stain North just concluded their first (and possibly last) ever ‘Goat Direct’ showcase, unleashing a stampede of announcements to cap off the Goat Simulator franchise’s wild 10th-anniversary celebrations.
Pilgor is getting a free update, a plushie, a card game, themed controllers, and even making another trip to Fortnite.
It’s been a baaa-rilliant ‘Year of the Goat’, and this showcase packed several minutes with news hotter than a hay bale fire. Let’s break down the chaos:
Pilgor’s Presents: FREE “Gifts from the Rifts” Update is LIVE!
Headlining the announcements is a brand new, completely FREE update for Goat Simulator 3, titled Gifts from the Rifts.
Available right now on PC (Steam, Epic, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS, and Android (coming soon to Nintendo Switch), this update throws a heap of unreleased, wacky ideas into the game.
What’s inside? 27 new gears (plus a secret one!), two new in-game events bringing April 1st chaos to San Angora, and a brand new playable goat: Plushie Pilgor. Based on the new YouTooz plushie, this digital soft toy has an ability that turns anything it headbutts into a harmless plaything. Pure, cuddly chaos.

What Could Possibly Be Next?
The showcase ended with a cryptic teaser, hinting at more adventures for Pilgor. What dark (or likely, just silly) future awaits?
“Over a decade of Goat Simulator? Who would’ve thought we’d still be going!” said Santiago Ferrero, Creative Director at Coffee Stain North. “And we’re not done yet! So many exciting new endeavours were announced today during our totally unique and original ‘Goat Direct’, and we’re thrilled to bring so much more goaty goodness to the world. Oh, and we hope you enjoyed the showcase right to the end and saw our ominous teaser for something else exciting, too. Is it top secret? Yes. Is it super cool? Also yes. Will we be elaborating any further? Absolutely not.”
A Reminder of the Madness
Goat Simulator 3 itself launched back in 2022, bringing its unique brand of physics-based mayhem to a new generation. We gave it a 4/5 in our review, stating: “Goat Simulator 3 isn’t perfect, feeling rough and ready as you play. But this is what Goat Simulator has always been… it is still fun solo and even more so in multiplayer. If you liked the first Goat Simulator, Goat Simulator 3 is an easy sell. And if you never played it, then strap yourself in for a crazy ride.“
Go Forth and Goat!
It’s been a massive year for Pilgor, and the chaos clearly isn’t stopping.
