E3 2019 is fast approaching and GreedFall is looking to be a star of the show. Fancy taking in the newly revealed story trailer?
First teased way back in 2017, and now coming to Xbox One, PS4 and PC in September 2019, GreedFall is the next RPG from Spiders, as they thrust you into a magical world set upon the island of Teer Fradee. With an epic story and setting promised, GreedFall will allow you to forge your own destiny, utilising many choices and running with utter freedom. Today though it’s all about the narrative and the latest trailer focuses right in on the story found within.
Your success in GreedFall can come about via a multitude of paths as you go on the hunt for a cure to save your home continent from a devastating disease. Unfortunately you find yourself in the middle of ever-increasing tensions between the invading settlers and the local natives protected by supernatural Guardians, manifestation of the island’s magic.
You’ll need to work with combat, diplomacy or deception and the way you will be able to reach your objectives depends on the choices you make, and how you choose to develop your character. With the island of GreedFall being a living, ever-evolving world, your actions, from seemingly trivial choices to the most important political decisions, will influence not just the short term course but ultimately the whole story.
Yes it was originally due to release at some point in 2018, but forget about that and make sure you check out the trailer below, before then holding tight for the release of GreedFall in September 2019 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
