Godsvivors – mixing it up on Xbox, PlayStation and PC

If it was the goal of Titan – the developers of Godsvivors – to make the most ‘roguelike roguelike’ of all time, they have surely succeeded.

Wave-based combat reminiscent of the addictive Vampire Survivors? Tick. Pixel-art graphics and a range of bombastic weapons as seen in Enter the Gungeon? Tick. Hell, you even fight off against Hades himself from… well… Hades!

Descend into the Depths

Now available on Xbox and PlayStation, following a decently successful debut on PC earlier this year, Godsvivors will have you first choosing between one of seven Greek gods, each with their unique playstyle and abilities to take to battle.

Whether it’s Apollo, Hephaestus, Zeus or Ares, the name of the game here is to survive for 15 minutes against the oncoming hordes of hellish demons.

Survive long enough and you can call yourself a true champion of the underworld: succumb to your enemies, and it’s time to try again.

There’s tons of weapons to also equip to your hero, each capable of blasting away foes and ensuring that your health bar stays topped up. And believe us, you’ll need such powerful weapons too – especially when battling against the bosses of Godsvivors: Charon, Hades and Thanatos are all out for blood!
