Hand of Fate is available to download right now on Xbox One…and it looks a rather interesting way of spending some quality time.
Dropping for £15.99, Hand of Fate is billed as a ‘hybrid roguelike/action RPG/deck builder. One which gives you the opportunity to build a set of cards and then dish out justice as you navigate your way across the dungeon floor. It certainly looks interesting and so if you’re a fan of either card games, or a bit of RPG adventuring, this could be something to check out.

Beyond the thirteen gates at the end of the world, the game of life and death is played. Draw your cards, play your hand, and discover your fate. Hand of Fate is a hybrid roguelike/action-RPG/deck builder, in which the player builds a set of cards into a deck, which is then used to deal out the dungeon floors through which they adventure. Upon entering a combat, all of the cards the player has collected fly into their hands as fully modelled 3D assets, and combat begins.
