Due to the July 4th celebrations, the Rocksmith DLC for this week is dropping in a day later than usual. But that doesn’t mean it’s any less exciting and this week we get ourselves whisked back to the good old 1970s!
Becoming available for all Rocksmith 2014 and Rocksmith Remastered players, whether they are on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 or PC is the 70s Mix II Song Pack. Priced at £6.39, the three songs included are as follows:
- Thin Lizzy – Cowboy Song
- Jim Croce – Time in a Bottle
- Peter Frampton – Do You Feel Like We Do
Now obviously the smart money goes on buying the pack outright, especially if you’re a fan of the 70s or just need a few new songs to learn, play and master on Rocksmith. But should you only be interested in the one track, then you’ll find each are also available as individual downloads for £2.39.
The Xbox Games Store will be able to sort out all Xbox One and Xbox 360 players, whilst we would hazard a pretty decent guess at those PS3 and PS4 players being sorted out by their digital equivalent. If you need a bit of Peter Frampton in your life or just want to learn the tunes of Croce or Thin Lizzy, then go and get your download in asap.
Don’t forget to let us know your thoughts on this latest content pack to hit Rocksmith either. We’d love to hear from you… however that may be!
