We’ve been spoilt with the chance to head under the waves in recent years. Beyond Blue tried to educate us, Subnautica tried to kill us, and Freediving Hunter: Spearfishing The World gave us the chance to kill others. Now though we’re off on a proper journey into the big blue, with the arrival of Deep Diving Adventures on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Already having found a home on Nintendo Switch and PC, Deep Diving Adventures releases on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S to find itself slapbang in the middle of some competition. Promising to deliver one of the most immersive diving simulators available, the team at Jujubee have got their work cut out if they wish to compete in the ‘under-the-ocean’ space alongside those aforementioned games.
There’s obviously a chance that they could succeed and with a £16.47 price tag in tow, heading down into the wet stuff isn’t going to break the bank too much.
When you do get down there, you should expect to be treated to an underwater world full of life as you prove to the world that you have what it takes to become a modern diver. With careful monitoring of oxygen levels at all times, and decompression alongside it, your task in Deep Diving Adventures is to visit a number of sunken old vessel and recover the goods that they hold. Relics can be yours and the secrets of the deep will be uncovered well, all as you get rewarded back on the surface.
Obviously you’ll need to take care when diving though – the ocean is full of great threats.
Included in the release of Deep Diving Adventures on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is The Adventure Pack. Expect more mysteries, more puzzles, more challenges, more items and more achievements to be delivered along with that. Credit must go to Jujubee for providing that with the base game.
