Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason has been running ever since the Xbox One launched, but now thing are moving up a gear.
As of February 1st, the competition gets serious, with a number of wake racers available to those who come out on top.
First up, the one player across the world who has set the best time overall by Feb 28th will receive a gold-encrusted wake racerm whilst those who set the best times in their own respective countries will be rewarded with a silver one. With nearly 1 million downloads since it was first released, the chances of you taking one of these racers is rather slim but fear not, anyone coming from the winning nation will unlock themselves a special wake racer inspired by that country’s flag.
Throw in the usual daily challenges giving everyone the chance to earn points and unlock prizes and it’s safe to say February is going to be a big month in regards to Kinect Sports Rivals Preseason. All prizes will obviously be rolled over to the full game when it launches in Spring 2014.
If you are yet to experience the fun, new players can join the “Kinect Sports Rivals” Preseason International Champions competition by downloading the free trial experience through Xbox Live Dashboard on your console or via Xbox.com. To participate in the “Kinect Sports Rivals” Preseason International Champions and claim your place on top of the leaderboards, you must download the “Kinect Sports Rivals” Hub, a companion app that features these challenges, leaderboards, and prizes via Xbox.com.
