Help wake Dreaming Sarah on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch

Can you help wake Dreaming Sarah? Her dream world is available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, optimised for Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.

Sarah has been in an accident, left in coma and unable to wake. Only through your intervention, as you help her traverse the dream world she is in, will she ever be able to wake and get back to normailty. No pressure then.

Dreaming Sarah is the latest title to come from the Ratalaika Games stable, after being created by those at Asteristic Game Studio. Priced just like the vast majority of other Ratalaika titles – ie, cheap and cheerful like UltraGoodness 2 – Dreaming Sarah will whisk you off to a dream-like world with the titular character.

Running as a surreal adventure platformer and present on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch, you’ll be left to explore mysterious psychological worlds, collecting, equipping and utilising various items in the process. With a wide and weird cast of characters in place to spend time with, and brain teasing puzzles aplenty, on the fact of it there is much to love about what Dreaming Sarah presents.

Our full review of the game on Xbox will be able to let you in on whether it’s worthy of your time. Keep an eye out for that review in the days ahead. If you’re sold on the cheap price though, just head to the digital store of your choosing – the Xbox Store for £4.99, the PlayStation Store or the Nintendo eShop. There certainly aren’t many games that come with the Xbox Series X|S Optimised badge for that low price.

Game Description:

Dreaming Sarah is a surreal adventure platformer game with puzzle elements, an engaging environment, an incredibly diverse cast of characters, and of course, a young girl named Sarah. Sarah has been in an accident and is currently in a coma. It’s up to you to help her wake up by exploring her dream world.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
