You may well have played Baja: Edge of Control. After all, it released back in 2008 to deliver some of the most hardcore off-road racing to gamers around the globe. Now though Baja is back – in HD!
Available right now for £23.99, Baja: Edge of Control HD on Xbox One and PS4 is the remastered version of the 2008 release, ensuring that more than 1000 miles of terrain, the steepest mountains and the thickest mud have never looked so good.
The visual overhaul that comes with the HD remake is pretty much a gimme, but improved controls, a new UI and an easier career start are amongst other improvements to Baja. Throw in split screen and online multiplayer, more than 160 vehicles, over 100 tracks and tons of event types, and you should find an off-roader that will appeal to many.
Won’t you? Well, you’ll only find out by reading our upcoming review. But in the meantime, if you wish to take a punt, the Xbox Games Store (or PS Store for that matter) holds the key to any download.
