Jurassic World Evolution 3 Wetlands
Jurassic World Evolution 3 Wetlands

The world of Jurassic World Evolution 3 grows richer today as the new Wetlands Pack makes its debut on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC, giving park creators a chance to dive headfirst into a murkier, mistier corner of prehistory.

Frontier Developments has leaned into atmosphere for this DLC, letting players craft swampy habitats and introduce three remarkable new dinosaur families that thrive in waterlogged environments.

But what arrives with the Wetlands Pack and why could it become an essential add-on for players who love tuning every inch of their dinosaur empires?

Wetlands Pack Key Features

  • Priced at £7.99
  • Three new dinosaur families: Irritator, Austroraptor and Hypsilophodon
  • Hundreds of new scenery items themed around wetlands and bayou locations
  • Thirteen new building blueprints including boathouses, pontoons and rustic shacks
  • New family unit variations with striking dimorphic patterns
  • Fully available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC

Three New Dinosaurs To Transform Your Park

  • Irritator – A Semi Aquatic Predator With Style – The standout star of the Wetlands Pack is the Irritator, a sleek early Cretaceous spinosaurid built for both water and land hunting. Its triangular skull, unusual nostril placement and razor-sharp teeth make it particularly adept at catching deep water fish. The full family unit arrives with vibrant dimorphic variations, ensuring it makes a strong visual impression within any swamp themed enclosure.
  • Austroraptor – A Fish Focused Skulker – The Austroraptor, a larger cousin of the Velociraptor, thrives in wetlands thanks to its fish adapted jaw. Expect to see it prowling around feeders, darting between reeds and stalking smaller live prey along the waterline. For players building layered, behaviour rich exhibits, this species adds a dynamic edge.
  • Hypsilophodon – Quick, Social And Perfect For Swampy Enclosures – Lightweight, fast and highly social, the Hypsilophodon rounds out the pack with herbivorous charm. Originating from the Early Cretaceous and thriving in warm swamp environments, these bipeds travel in herds and use their strong beaks to grind through low vegetation. They are ideal for foliage heavy spaces or open swamp meadows.

Build A Dream Swamp With New Scenery Tools

This DLC leans hard into customisation, offering hundreds of wetland scenery pieces alongside thirteen prebuilt blueprints. Players can construct everything from atmospheric shanty inspired walkways to sunken boats, jetties, lantern lit ridges and wooden pontoons.

Whether you want to give the Irritator a moody shoreline to circle, place a submerged feeder for the Austroraptor or surround your Hypsilophodon with glowing lantern clusters, the Wetlands Pack encourages thematic creativity that transforms the feel of an entire park.

Should you be a fan of Jurassic Park and enjoy a good park builder, then you need to try Jurassic World Evolution 3. The creativity that the game allows makes it an incredibly addictive experience that you are bound to keep coming back to.

The Wetlands Pack adds another layer to that creativity, encouraging players to experiment with atmosphere, water based habitats and carefully harmonised ecosystems. it is available now for £7.99, and accessible across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC. Find it on the Xbox Store and more.

Worth Diving Into

The Wetlands Pack delivers exactly what seasoned builders crave: rich ambiance, diverse species and new tools that reshape how parks feel and function.

Whether you want a brooding swamp, a dense wetland labyrinth or a peaceful lantern lit bayou, this DLC gives you the space and style to build it.
