We are huge fans of Teardown – the physics-based heist simulator that will have you chuckling sinisterly as you perfect the ultimate thieving, and escape with all your goods (and yourself) intact. It seems as if the general consensus agrees with us, as in just the few months since the game has been on Xbox, it has received multiple DLC expansions to further the fun. This time around, it’s a huge focus on vehicular destruction, with Teardown: Folkrace.
Start Your Engines!
Available today on Xbox, PlayStation and PC, Teardown: Folkrace features a wealth of new maps and vehicles to take out for a spin, as well as three new driving modes.
As well as traditional racing levels set against the computer, in which you’ll need to cross the finish line first at whatever cost, the destruction arena levels present within Folkrace allow you to experience the true fun of Teardown. The physics-based voxel destruction is like no other, and forms part of the huge appeal for both the base game and its DLCs.
As you progress through the expansion and accrue more wins under your belt, you’ll unlock even more vehicles and cash to upgrade whatever is in your garage. What’s more, you don’t even have to touch the main campaign of the base game, if you just wish to hoon about in Folkrace.
Teardown: Folkrace can be started at any point from the main menu – just look for the ‘Expansions’ option on the main menu.
