It’s A Frog’s Job to complete the latest PC and console puzzler

a frogs job

Ah Ratalaika Games. We love how they continue to push out new games to the unsuspecting console and PC audience each and every week. This week is no different – it’s just that this one is bit of A Frog’s Job.

Available to purchase and download right now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC through Steam is A Frog’s Job.

It comes from the Ratalaika Games squad, as they take the genius creation of the 9Ratones team to deliver a new puzzling platformer to the world.

In A Frog’s Job you have been promised reincarnation, all thanks to the omnipotent Frog God. You take this upon yourself, knowing full well that in order to come back from the dead, you’ll need to spend time saving the souls of some forty frogs as you go. The problem is, these guys are all hidden away, mostly behind moving platforms, spike pits and a host of enemies.

Thank the frog gods then that you’ll be gifted with the ability to bend time, suspending it at will, before powering on when you think is best. Making the most of this great power, along with a hover-board attack, will see success be found.

The key features include:

  • Mix of 2D and 3D visuals
  • 4 different biomes
  • Time-stopping game mechanic
  • Puzzle platformer

A Frog’s Job is available to download from the usual stores for around £4.99, with the Xbox Store providing the key to that of Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It’s also on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.

Keep an eye out for our review soon.

Game Description:

The omnipotent Frog God has promised you the gift of reincarnation. All you have to do first is to save the lost souls of 40 frogs, which is no easy task. You’ve been gifted with the ability to suspend and resume time at your will. Jump over moving platforms, avoid pits, spikes, and enemies, and even create your own hover-board that doubles as a projectile attack! How many souls can you save? Will the Frog God grant your wish? Find out in this timeless puzzle platformer.
