Jelly & Toast – out now on console

Sometimes the strangest heroes make the most memorable adventures, and Jelly & Toast is here to prove it.

Launching today on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, this colourful new platformer throws players into a kitchen-themed quest where food fights back, chefs are the enemy, and teamwork is the key ingredient for success.

Built around tight platforming, playful puzzles and frantic co-op action, Jelly & Toast delivers a light-hearted but challenging experience that leans into classic arcade sensibilities while embracing modern couch co-op chaos.

A Culinary Quest With A Side Of Chaos

At the heart of Jelly & Toast is a simple but charming premise. Magical ingredients have been stolen, threatening the heroes’ favourite meals, and it’s up to this unlikely duo to recover them. Whether you tackle the adventure solo or bring a friend along for local co-op, every level is packed with hazards, enemies and food-themed surprises. Don’t think this is anything like Overcooked! though.

You’ll be running, jumping, throwing projectiles and even hurling your partner across gaps as you navigate a series of kitchen kingdoms that are anything but safe.

And while Jelly & Toast can be played alone, it truly shines when tackled with a second player. Levels are designed to encourage cooperation, timing and quick thinking, with plenty of opportunities for clever teamwork – or accidental sabotage.

You see, enemy chefs patrol the kitchens, cooking hazards threaten at every turn, and precision movement is essential if you want to make it through each stage unscathed.

What To Expect From Jelly & Toast

  • 50 handcrafted platforming levels
  • Solo play or local co-op multiplayer
  • Three kitchen-themed kingdoms to explore
  • Puzzle-focused platform action
  • Vibrant and colourful pixel-art visuals
