It’s never nice to deliver news regarding delays, but sometimes it’s unavoidable and today Modus Games have announced that the upcoming JRPG Cris Tales won’t hit the original 17th November release date. Instead we’ll have to wait until 2021!
The highly anticipated, classically inspired Cris Tales is now set to launch in 2021 for a whole host of platforms, including *takes a deep breath* Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Stadia, and PC. Cris Tales is a time-bending JRPG where past, present and future are brought together on one screen. Players can use the protagonist Crisbell’s amazing ability to slip between different time periods, aiding citizens across Crystallis’ kingdoms and pushing enemies to specific points in time to gain an upper hand in battle.
“The decision to delay was a tough one, but was made to ensure that the developers at Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK have a chance to bring the best version of Cris Tales to fans anxiously awaiting its release,” said Christina Seelye, CEO of Modus Games.
