Bandai Namco and Byking today unleash the Shibuya Incident DLC for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash, bringing one of the anime’s most pivotal arcs to life in the action-packed fighting game.

Available now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC, this DLC pack expands the game’s roster, adds a thrilling new scenario, and introduces a host of customisation options.

The Shibuya Incident DLC plunges players into the heart of the chaotic Halloween night where Suguru Geto unleashes a torrent of cursed spirits upon Shibuya, trapping civilians and Jujutsu Sorcerers alike.

Experience the intense battles and dramatic events of this pivotal arc as you confront powerful foes and unravel the mysteries behind Geto’s sinister plan.

New Characters and Costumes

This DLC introduces three iconic characters who played key roles in the Shibuya Incident:

• Mei Mei: A skilled and independent sorcerer with a unique cursed technique.
• Naobito Zen’in: The head of the Zen’in clan and a master swordsman.
• Choso: A cursed spirit with a connection to Yuji Itadori and powerful blood-manipulation abilities.

In addition to these new playable characters, the DLC includes new costumes for six existing characters, allowing you to customise their appearance and battle in style.

Free Update #4 Adds to the Mayhem

Alongside the paid DLC, a free update for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash introduces even more content:

Being able to actually take part in pivotal battles from the manga and anime is good fun, and the story appears to be gripping and easy to follow. Keeping track of the vast range of characters is a different matter, mind! But for the good, there’s some bad and the online side of things needs some attention – the lag is a real issue in a fast paced fighting game. Thank god for the co-op which works well, then.’
