Revealed during Nintendo Direct, JUJUTSU KAISEN RUMBLE: SURVIVATON is a brand-new multiplayer action game from Poncle – the studio behind Vampire Survivors – and it’s heading to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via Steam in 2026.
Blending the chaotic action-survival gameplay that helped make Vampire Survivors a global phenomenon with the world of Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN, the game introduces a brand-new genre: Survivors Royale.

At its core, JUJUTSU KAISEN RUMBLE: SURVIVATON takes the familiar formula of battling endless waves of enemies and adds a competitive twist.
Players will fight through hordes of Cursed Spirits while simultaneously competing against up to seven rival players. As points are earned through combat, competitors will climb the rankings and unlock opportunities to disrupt opponents through special Rule Additions that can dramatically alter the flow of a match.
The action eventually builds towards a final showdown, with the top two players facing off in a decisive one-on-one duel to determine the ultimate victor.
It’s an interesting evolution of the survivors formula, adding direct competition without sacrificing the frantic enemy-clearing action fans have come to expect.
A Huge Roster Of Familiar Faces
Fans of JUJUTSU KAISEN can expect a sizeable roster featuring more than 20 playable characters from across the series.
Each fighter comes equipped with their own unique skills and playstyles, encouraging players to experiment and discover their preferred approach. Additional characters can be unlocked through gameplay, offering further reasons to keep diving back into matches.
And it won’t just be rival sorcerers causing trouble. Powerful bosses can appear during battles, introducing even more chaos as players attempt to survive overwhelming threats while staying ahead of the competition.
Domain Expansions And Rule-Changing Powers
The game’s special abilities look set to be a major highlight.
By filling a combat gauge during matches, players can unleash devastating techniques inspired by the anime and manga, including Domain Expansions, Black Flash attacks and other fan-favourite abilities.
These powerful moves can affect nearby opponents, creating moments where careful timing can completely shift the balance of a match. Combined with the evolving skill system that lets players customise builds during each run, every battle should play out a little differently.
