Over the last couple or months virtual anglers have had the chance to visit all manner of waterway in the hope of landing some proper whoppers. Well, now it’s time for the biggest of the big to arrive as the Fishing Sim World: Gigantica Road Lake DLC arrives.
The final part of the Quad Lake Pass for Fishing Sim World on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, Gigantica Road Lake whisks us off to France and the high-stocked Gigantica complex.
Recreated in stunning detail and allowing those who wish to cast off the chance to land all manner of fish, we find that this 30-acre lake will deliver the likes of Carp up to 50lbs, whilst the big boss ‘3 scales’ will top the scales at more than 64lbs. Throw in a number of smaller pike to land, and 50 trophy fish that are just ready and willing to bite, and you’ll quickly begin to understand how and why the Gigantica Road Lake DLC for Fishing Sim World is such a draw.
Whilst the Quad Lake Pass comes in at £29.99 and delivers not just this lake but the three that have come before it – Lake Arnold, Jezioro Bestii and Lake Williams – if you would prefer to spend time wading in these deep waters, then you’ll find the Gigantica Road Lake content available for £8.99. The Gigantica Road Lake is a fully-licensed venue in France and part of the overall Gigantica complex. Similar to the Main Lake, the Road Lake is home to hard-fighting big carp and there is every chance you will catch a new personal best at this venue! Digitally recreated in stunning detail, this 30-acre lake is famous for the amount of action you are guaranteed due to its high stock of fish. The average weight of carp in this lake is well over 30lbs, with plenty of 40 and 50lb Carp to go after. The crown jewel of this lake is ‘3 scales’ at over 64lbs. This venue is predominantly a carp venue with approximately 900 present, including 50 trophy fish to target and land. There is also a small number of pike to 15lbs for you to spin for whilst waiting for the carp to find your bait.
