Latest Middle-earth: Shadow of War trailer points the spotlight on the Dark Tribe

We’ve still got a month or so until the sequel to the rather brilliant Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor releases, and the hype train is now in full effect. Want to check out the latest trailer for Middle-earth: Shadow of War?

Watch below as you get the chance to run the rule over the Dark Tribe. These are a group of Orcs who utilise stealth and assassination to dominate Mordor on behalf of the Lord of Mordor, whom they have a fanatical reverence for. Shadow of War will see Orcs now belonging to tribes, which extend their influence stemming from the Overlords ruling the mighty fortresses throughout the open world.

That in turn provides a rich ecosystem of missions and exploration, whilst a dynamic Orc society with diverse Orc cultures gets brought to life through the expanded Nemesis System. Adept at ambushes, double-crosses and battlefield trickery, the Dark tribe wields power beyond what their numbers would suggest, favouring treachery and betrayal to get the job done.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War will release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC from October 10th 2017. Set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, Shadow of War will thrust us back into another open world action RPG that continues the original narrative of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. You’ll find a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories.

I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
