With the blockbuster film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in the cinemas, Frontier Developments have delivered a simulation game today which allows you to build and manage your very own dinosaur filled theme park. Would you like to see how we got on in our Let’s Play of Jurassic World Evolution?
Dr. Ian Malcolm introduces us to the Muertes Archipelago – a chain of five islands outside of Costa Rica – and more specifically, Isla Matanceros. There, Cabot Finch goes over the basics of managing your very own Jurassic World theme park, before tasking you with breeding a struthiomimus dinosaur. Keeping the visitors happy with a variety of attractions is merely one aspect of building a successful park as it also requires you to send teams on expeditions, extract DNA from fossils and fulfil contracts for three major departments – Entertainment, Science and Security.
Did we splurge all of our in-game cash on the incubation of dinosaurs? Were the visitors suitably impressed enough with the foundations of the new park to fill our pockets with more money? Was anyone eaten by a T. rex?
You can find out how our park is shaping up in the video below and be sure to keep an eye out for a full review in the near future. So, without further ado, Let’s Play Jurassic World Evolution on Xbox One…
