With their free-to-play football sim finally exiting Game Preview / Early Access, developers Maximum Entertainment are looking to take on the iconic Madden NFL series with a brand-new footballing experience. And it’s completely free-to-play!
The Little Details
Available today on Xbox, PlayStation and PC, Maximum Football has been available to players via Game Preview / Early Access since the back-end of 2024, yet it is now, with the 1.0 build being released, that fans can truly get stuck in.
Customisation is at the core of the Maximum Football experience, with you being able to customise your team logos, uniforms and, of course, roster, in order to make it the top of the sport. Precise and realistic gameplay governs every play you decide to make, so a keen eye for the fine details both on and off the pitch would certainly not go amiss here.
Maximum Entertainment have also added in Local Multiplayer and Coach Mode to the many modes that you can hope to experience in the game, with the likes of Dynasty Mode and Online Multiplayer also available.
