Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 delivers four original Mega Man titles to Xbox One, PS4 and PC

A couple of years back we had the Mega Man Legacy Collection, with complete reproductions of the iconic Mega Man titles, Mega Man 1 through to Mega Man 6. And now, with the Legacy Collection 2, reproduced versions of Mega Man 7 to Mega Man 10 are available to pick up and play on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Yes, the Blue Bomber is back on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, and if you want to have a quick hit of nostalgia then what better way to do so than by playing through some of the later Mega Man titles to come out of the halls of Capcom? Not only will you be getting the original games, but the additional DLC for Mega Man 9 and 10 will also be put up to give you the ultimate Mega Man experience.

If you have been put off by the Mega Man series due to its difficulty (after all games a couple of decades back things were pretty tough), then Capcom have decided to give gamers the option to take less damage when hit, allowing you to play through the more punishing platformers with less of the stress gained from dying over and over again.

Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 delivers four decent retro platforming offerings for the price of ÂŁ11.99. Just be sure to pick it up from the Xbox Games Store, or the PS4 equivalent.

If you didn’t get involved in the first Legacy Collection but fancy giving it a whirl, then you can pick it up, alongside this second Collection in one big ÂŁ19.99 bundle too. That will ensure you get access to about as much Mega Man as your mind will be able to take!

Game Description:

The Blue Bomber is back in this second collection of classic Capcom titles! Featuring faithful reproductions of Mega Man 7 to Mega Man 10, the game is bursting at the seams with additional content, from time trials and challenges to a music player and an extensive gallery of rare illustrations. Also included are the additional modes originally released as DLC for Mega Man 9 and 10, and for anyone who found these retro platformers a little too punishing, you can now even reduce the amount of damage you receive.

I'm an avid gamer who will play pretty much anything... but stick an open world or adventure game in front of me and I'm more than happy.
