Telltale Games have now confirmed not only the release date for the fifth episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, but also that the series will continue with three more adventures.

We’ll be able to continue the story of Jesse and the NEW Order of the Stone later this month as ‘Order Up’ releases on all the usual formats from the 29th March 2016. That means if you’re an Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, PC or mobile player, then you’ll be given the chance to see where this story arc takes you next.

In the upcoming Episode 5, on a tip from Ivor, Jesse and friends head to an abandoned temple holding mysterious treasures. Ambushed by former Ocelot Aiden and his crew, our heroes find themselves in an entirely new world: Sky City! As they explore, the Order finds that resources are at a premium, and nothing but ‘The Void’ exists below the known world. When Aiden convinces Sky City’s ruler that the New Order of the Stone are up to no good, you’ll need to make some tough choices to clear your name, and keep Aiden from destroying an innocent world.

But that won’t be the last you’ll see of Jesse as Episode 5 will also bridge the gap between the Wither Storm arc and three new adventures that will drop in the coming months. These will continue the New Order of the Stone, following additional escapades of Jesse and the group as they explore new and unfamiliar worlds beyond their own.

You’ll be able to grab these additional episodes as and when they release, although you will have to pay for the privilege.

We’ll let you know once Episode 5 and the further chapters arrive.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. Gamertag is neil363, feel free to add me to your list.
