Skylanders Imaginators is getting a dedicated Crash Bandicoot level, and wherever he goes, his evil arch-nemesis must go too… the supervillain, Dr. Neo Cortex!
At Gamescom, the Thumpin’ Wumpa Islands level was revealed and will have Crash Bandicoot teaming up with Skylanders against the main protagonist in Skylands, Kaos, as well as Dr. Neo Cortex. As it is steeped in nostalgia, massive boulder chases are definitely going to occur along with there being loads of TNT boxes, Wumpa fruit and hazards galore. Throwing Skylanders combat and action into the mix ensures a new twist is brought to Wumpa Islands.
To gain access to Thumpin’ Wumpa Islands, you’ll need to purchase the Skylanders Imaginators Thumpin’ Wumpa Islands Adventure Pack this autumn on any of the platforms the game releases on and it includes fully playable toys of Crash and Dr. Neo Cortex. Alternatively, if you’re a PlayStation gamer then you can grab the Skylanders Imaginators Starter Pack featuring Crash Bandicoot at launch.
