2K and Hanger 13 are pretty damn committed to Mafia III and today they have started rolling out a new patch and some free DLC for all players.
Making its way to an Xbox One, PS4 or PC near you real soon, the latest patch for Mafia III brings in the following enhancements, fixes and general all-round upgrades…
- UI Improvements
- Improved car reflections
- Improved streaming issues
- Performance optimization
- Fixed audio issues
- Fixed some cases of savegame corruption
- Fixed various issues for Cassandra’s Contraband missions
- And more
Whilst all of the above is sure to make the whole Mafia experience an even better one, there have also been promises that further patches will continue to flow…and we really can’t fault either the development team or the publishers on that one.
Something else we can;t fault them on is the opportunity to grab some free DLC and you’ll soon be seeing some new outfits for Lincoln Clay. The 11 outfits will allow you to customise Clay to your own liking, all whilst dishing out some justice to those who stand in his way.

If you haven’t yet picked up Mafia III, then we fully advise you to do so. We loved it initially, and whilst there were bugs and glitches, perhaps today’s update will have all that sorted. Check out our review though – it’s well worth a read.
