New video for Middle-earth: Shadow of War features Kumail Nanjiani

-

If you took in the San Diego Comic Con recently, you would have heard news that Kumail Nanjiani would be featuring in Middle-earth: Shadow of War as The Agonizer. Well today, Warner Bros have released a new video showcasing the deadly Orc enemy.

Just one of the numerous personalities found in Shadow of War, Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick, Silicon Valley), will portray The Agonizer, a spirited yet deadly Orc, who is just one of many you may encounter through the Nemesis System. The video below provides a first look at Nanjiani’s character delivering a variety of humorous one-liners that you may well come across.

You will also be treated to a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Nanjiani’s voice recording session, where he provides additional insight on his preparation for the role.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War will be arriving on Xbox One, Xbox One X, PS4, PS4 Pro and Win 10 Pc from the 10th of October 2017. Set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, you will find an open-world action RPG that continues the original narrative found in the awesome Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. This time round though, you will be engrossed in a richer, more personal and expansive world full of epic heroes and villains, iconic locations, original enemy types, more personalities and a new cast of characters with untold stories, all brought to life by the award-winning Nemesis System.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore. This is right at the top of my most wanted list. I’ve just been finishing off the first game and have 100% the main game just this weekend. Need to do the two DLCs yet though.
