Retro platforming your bag? You should be looking to run, jump, hop, pounce and swipe your way through the wonderful world of Cattie.
Available as the latest from a prolific Eastasiasoft comes Cattie. This is the creation of Vergiu Games, as the two teams combine to push a release towards the worlds of Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
Cattie is a retro platformer
Running a fairly cheap asking price – some £4.19 – a download of Cattie will see you getting involved in some seriously retro platforming, as the minimalistic monochrome artstyle gives way for addictive gaming.
In Cattie you’ll play the role of a little kitten – yep, after Stray, the Hidden Cats series and more, the cats continue to dominate – who is left to traverse a variety of levels. That kitten is Cattie (obvs) and you’ll get to make the most of their abilities and skills for navigational purposes. With increasingly tricky to conquer stages, can you help little Cattie reach the end?
