Aery -Path of Corruption Xbox

Just managing to squeeze one more release into 2022, EpiXR Games can never be called lazy at least. This is their 11th release in 2022 and whilst the majority follow similar concepts, they have also released Temple of Horror and Evasion from Hell during that time. But this is also their sixth Aery game in 2022. Aery – Path of Corruption is out now on Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and PC.

You know the deal by now. Aery is a bird that you control and fly around these frozen in time landscapes collecting items as you go. This time you will be flying around shopping centres, docks, a futuristic desert city and more from looking at the trailer.

In the Aery games, there is no real story or gameplay aside from flying around these large areas. Instead, they are designed to be seen as calming experiences for players, and a way to unwind. Well that, and the promise of easy achievements will undoubtedly draw more players in. If you have never played an Aery game before, check out our reviews of Aery – Dreamscape and Aery – Vikings.

Aery – Path of Corruption is on the Xbox Store now priced at £8.39. Will this be like all the other Aery game in the series or will this one offer something different? There’s only one way to find out and that is by sticking around for our review coming soon.

Game description

The world is beautifully big and abstract and generally represents all thoughts that the protagonist has regarding his future. Each level represents a different path that the protagonist could take. Discover the different paths, find their possible outcomes, and find a good future for your new friend. Within the world, each level represents a different path that the protagonist could take and your task is to discover the different paths, find their possible outcomes, and help find a good future for the unknown protagonist. Within this imaginary world, you have to find a certain amount of memory shards to advance with the story and unlock more possible paths into the future. Once you have found all memory shards you are free to explore the next paths.
