project cars 3 legends pack dlc

You may think you’re a bit of a legend out on the tarmac, but the real stars of the show in Project CARS 3 are the cars themselves. And that is where the new Project CARS 3: Legends Pack comes in.

Available to purchase and download right now from the digital store of your choosing, the Project CARS 3: Legends Pack is the latest DLC drop to hit Bandai Namco’s hot racer, allowing you the chance to jump behind the wheel of some of the most timeless classics ever.

Priced at £7.99, the Legends Pack introduces three new Japanese legends – hence the name – with the 1994 Toyota Supra MkIV Turbo, the 1994 Mazda RX-7 R2 and the 1997 Acura NSX all coming in race spec. Details of each as follows:

  • 1994 Toyota Supra MkIV Turbo + Race Conv. – The street racing legend that put Japanese imports on every racer’s wish list comes with a punchy 3L twin-turbo good for 321hp and 0-100kmh in under 5s. But that’s just the starting point: upgrade this beast that made the name “Supra” a legend and build yourself a supercar tamer.
  • 1994 Mazda RX-7 R2 + Race Conv. – The R2 spec’ Mazda RX-7 came with an aero pack with wing and spoiler along with softer, grippier suspension, and that self-same stratospheric-revving rotary twin-turbo engine. This car begins as a purist’s drive with otherworldly handling and feel but upgrading it to its full potential will unleash the true potential of this fabled Mazda. Oversteer not optional!
  • 1997 Acura NSX + Race Conv. – Japan’s greatest-ever supercar. Tuned over the course of months by a 3-time world-champion alongside Japan’s fastest F1 driver of the time, this perfectly balanced Acura comes with a mid-mounted 3.2L engine and world-class handling that remains unmatched to this day. Upgrading it to its full race spec’ is the stuff of motorsport dreams.

Further to that though and this pack also provides access to no less than 16 new themed events which have been built up around this cars and tracks, 12 liveries, 20 different decals, 5 new patterns and additional Xbox achievements and PlayStation trophies to nab.

But that’s not all and the exact same pack will also give you the chance to equip 5 new rim types, 10 tyres, the same number of license plates and an additional 5 race numbers. To seal the deal we see a new character, 10 outfits, 10 helmets and one spanking new free track – the Yas Marina circuit in the UAE – dropped in for good measure.

You’ll need the base game of Project CARS 3 to hand in order to enjoy the power that this pack brings, but if you’re serious about your virtual racing and wish to get hands on with a new legend or three, the Project CARS 3: Legends Pack is one to consider.

DLC Description:

Own three timeless Japanese legends of the street and track, all ready to be upgraded into epic race machines with full race conversion kits, along with dozens of customisation options, and 16 new legend-themed Events for your career. It’s all in the Project CARS 3: Legends Pack.
