Zen Studios really upped the ante when they pushed Pinball FX3 out to the world in 2017, revamping the pinball scene like never before. Since that time there have been a whole host of brilliant table additions added in too, with the Williams Pinball Volume 3 pack the latest to arrive.

Not too long ago, Pinball FX3 had an influx of new tables as part of the Williams Pinball: Volume 1 pack. Essentially these are iconic machines brought to Pinball FX3 from the Williams Bally library, remastered to add a few modern touches whilst retaining their classic style at the press of a button. Now there’s another trio of vintage experiences arriving in the form of Williams Pinball: Volume 2 and I’ve taken up the task of figuring out if these are best suited to hardcore pinball players again, or whether these have enough excitement to draw in the casual gamers too.

Han Solo has been a regular character in the Star Wars films over the years, with Harrison Ford playing the part of the quick-witted smuggler to perfection in four major movie instalments. Recently though, the origins of the character were delved into for Solo: A Star Wars Story – with Alden Ehrenreich taking over the titular role - and Zen Studios decided to design a set of tables inspired by the blockbuster. There are already lots of tables from this franchise available to purchase in Pinball FX3, but can the Star Wars Pinball: Solo Pack deliver a pinball experience worthy of shedding out even more cash for?

It may be a fair few months since Star Wars: The Last Jedi hit the cinemas, but in that time Zen Studios have been busy getting their latest pack of pinball tables ready to launch. Inspired by the blockbuster film – which became the highest-grossing film of 2017 – the Star Wars Pinball: The Last Jedi pack for Pinball FX3 brings with it two brand new tables to unleash your inner pinball wizard upon. Pinball FX3 already has a multitude of dynamic pinball tables for gamers to enjoy, across a variety of games, films and the like. But Zen Studios have decided to add to the Star Wars group of tables with Star Wars Pinball: The Last Jedi two-pack, bringing players to Ahch-To Island and a battle against the First Order.

There are already a whole host of various tables available for Pinball FX3 players to enjoy, but come April 2018 that number will once again be increasing as The Last Jedi arrives.
