Real Heroes: Firefighter HD will not appeal to everyone, but it’s unique and actually quite bold in its vision, managing to make a highly engaging and enjoyable game out of a concept that could have been a complete dud.Â

Five years ago, in 2017, the Nintendo Switch launched pretty much simultaneously around the globe. It needed to be a hit, and rather cunningly Nintendo seemed to be drawing their home console and handheld strands together with a machine that was both.
We were wrong to dismiss the best Xbox games releasing in March 2022. There’s Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, which is unusual in the sense that it’s a full game inspired by some DLC. And that’s without mentioning a new Final Fantasy game, Elex II and some tasty indie games and sequels. Maybe Elden Ring has some competition after all.
