Announced today via Aerosoft and Polygon Art is Park Ranger Simulator. As the name suggests, this is a game that will whisk you off to the world of a park ranger, left to navigate your way through a vast open world, taking in the environment around you, ensuring everything is kept optimal.
Coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC, Park Ranger Simulator will work both as a single player game, or that of a multiplayer experience, all as you hope to protect a super diverse 20 km² open world filled with rich wildlife and multiple biomes.
Oversee a delicate world
Taking care of the environment will be your main focus, no matter whether you’re protecting the forest, safeguarding the wildlife, repairing park facilities, or maintaining the delicate balance of the ecosystem. Every decision you make will impact your success as a ranger.
When it releases, Park Ranger Simulator will offer 50 varied missions. These should well accurately reflect the day-to-day responsibilities of a park ranger, including repair works to fighting fires or removing trees. And neatly you will always have the right vehicles at your disposal for every situation. You’ll need them too as each mission will be both challenging and rewarding.
Sounds decent eh? Certainly feels a different angle to the likes of Way of the Hunter or theHunter: Call of the Wild. But for those who enjoy multiplayer experiences, Park Ranger Simulator will also come complete with cross-platform multiplayer, allowing friends to team up and manage the park together, regardless of the platform.
