Peachy Derby
Peachy Derby – out now on Xbox

Paying off a crippling debt is the name of the game in Peachy Derby, a brand-new, quirky arcade racer that has just sped its way onto the Xbox Store.

A game that blends humanoid kart racing with ninja tools and a full dance mode, Peachy Derby has launched today, 14th October 2025. It comes from Cattingames, and is now available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S as a complete Deluxe Edition for £24.99.

Prepare to choose your girl, use your ninja tools to attack your enemies, and race to the finish line to save the protagonist Natsuki from her financial woes.

A Ninja Tournament of Last Resort

The story of Peachy Derby begins as the young girl Natsuki is forced to join the Ninja Racing Tournament to pay off a huge debt. You’ll experience her story, alongside her friends, across a total of 16 chapters.

This is a game of chaotic arcade racing. You can choose from 10 different playable girls and race to the finish line before anyone else. To give you an edge, you can use a variety of ninja tools to attack your enemies and clear a path to victory.

In a unique twist, the game isn’t just about racing. You can also jump into a special mode where you can choose dances, outfits, and even from over 600 different Japanese voice lines for the girls, adding a deep layer of customisation to the experience.

The Deluxe Derby

The version of Peachy Derby launching today is the Deluxe Edition, and it’s the only way to get the game. This definitive package comes with the base game and all seven of its DLC packs included right from the start. These packs introduce a host of new outfits for the girls:

  • Mephisto – Demon Maid
  • Minami – Back to School
  • Mirai – Manor Owner
  • Natsuki – Back to School
  • Natsuki – From Outspace
  • Saori – Grey Investigator
  • Yuko – Black Investigator

Your Race Day Itinerary

Here’s what you can expect from this new arcade racing adventure:

  • A Quirky Arcade Racing Game: Join the “Ninja Racing Tournament” to help Natsuki pay off her debt.
  • 10 Playable Girls and 16 Story Chapters.
  • Humanoid Kart Racing: Use ninja tools to attack your enemies.
  • “Let the Girls Dance” Mode: A deep customisation mode with dances, outfits, and over 600 Japanese voices.
  • The Complete Deluxe Edition: Includes the base game and all seven DLC packs.

The tournament is about to begin and a huge debt is waiting to be paid.

If you’re a fan of quirky, Japanese-style arcade racers and are looking for a game that is packed with content right from the start, Peachy Derby is ready for you on the Xbox Store right now.

An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. I have since loved every second of the 360's life and am now just as obsessed with the Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S - mostly with the brilliant indie scene that has come to the fore.
