Persian Nights 2: The Moonlight Veil xbox

Forget the Prince of Persia remake for a moment, for there’s a new Persian representative in town and it’s looking to test your skills of detection. We’re referring to Persian Nights 2: The Moonlight Veil, in which you must save the day by embarking upon a mysterious hidden object adventure on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

In Persian Nights 2: The Moonlight Veil, the sequel to 2018’s Persian Nights: Sands of Wonders, be prepared to be whisked away to a magical world full of Persian myths and legends. The epic adventure ahead takes place at a time when casting spells is forbidden due to the aura of the two moons. Hence, the magic community has to rely solely on the use of artifacts instead; not an ideal situation given that many ‘accidents’ seem to be occurring at the Academy. To make matters worse, the main protagonists’ sister has vanished under strange circumstances. Sadly, there’s even more trouble awaiting on this journey to save his sister from a terrible fate.

Expect an enchanting experience full of hidden object scenes to scour, riddles to solve, and mini-games looking to test your puzzling skills. That’s not all though, because a number of inventory-based solutions will be necessary in order to advance through the 42 wondrous, hand-drawn locations within.

So, if you’re after an immersive adventure which evokes memories of Persian classics like Aladdin and Arabian Nights, while also delivering clever puzzles, you’ll have to download Persian Nights 2: The Moonlight Veil from the Xbox Store. The opportunity to explore the world of magical amulets and mythical creatures comes at a cost of £12.49, with the entire experience optimized for Xbox Series X|S. It’s also available as part of a Heroes & Villains Bundle for £29.99. Whether it’s worth that, or not, is up to you to decide, but we will have a review for you in the near future – so keep your eyes peeled!

Game Description:

The day of Mathab is coming to an end. During this time the aura of two moons forbids spellcasting, and the magic community must rely on previously enchanted artifacts. This year, the Academy was full of uncanny accidents which lead to the scrutinous investigation led by the mysteriously looking individual. On top of that, your sister vanishes under unclear circumstances. Unfortunately, it’s just the beginning of a heap of troubles that you’ll be facing in the far-off orient land! Welcome to the fascinating, exotic world of Persian tales and legends. Tame mythical creatures called moonlings and meet other including the fabled simurgh, experiment with magic amulets, traverse through the Academy exploring all its secrets, and reveal who’s behind all the atrocities! Get ready for a highly immersive, enchanting adventure which brings to memory such classics as Aladdin and Arabian Nights, dealing with the orient theme in its own, unique way. Solving the mystery behind the accidents and saving sister rests upon your shoulders!
