Fancy exploring the mystery of an unknown world? Don’t let Planet of the Eyes escape your glance.
Cococucumber, the Toronto based developer have today announced that their indie action-puzzle adventure title, Planet of the Eyes will be coming to Xbox One and PC soon…well, before the end of 2015 anyways!
Failure is fun in Planet of the Eyes; you awaken as a robotic scout looking to uncover the source of a distant signal. With physics based puzzles and platforming challenges to navigate though, you’ll get to check out a full on retro sci-fi setting whilst uniquely deconstructive robot deaths mean every mistake in Planet of the Eyes is worth making at least once!
“Ever felt like the world is out to get you? Re-live your misfortune over and over again as an unlucky robot who has crash-landed on a mysterious planet in a distant galaxy. We’re aiming to make the 12 unique types of death fun in Planet of the Eyes, so look out for it!” said Vanessa Chia, Cococucumber co-founder.
Martin Waltz, Cococucumber co-founder and Lead Developer added, “The game is best played with a gamepad, which really shows off the smooth animations and high frame rate. The Xbox One is a perfect fit for this and we’re excited to be working with Microsoft for the release of our first console title.”
