Always wanted to be able to smash, bash, twist, and flip your gaming landscapes? Georifters will be found to do just that!
Announced for release on Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC by the teams at Another Indie and Busy Toaster, Georifters is the game that the world changers have been calling for. You see, in this world changer, the terrain is your tool and the world is your weapon. And that can only mean one thing. Chaos! And fun. Lots of fun.
In Georifters you’ll get the opportunity to partake in a few game modes, all of which revolve around the same terrain-amending mechanic. The Adventure mode will see you playing out a solo or cooperative journey with a friend as a young girl – Candy. It is up to her to learn how to master Georifters unique gameplay mechanics to explore and understand the world around you. It’s here where you’ll meet a host of characters, mess around with outfits, and utilise the abilities given to you to claim overall victory in the battle arena.
The Time Trial mode meanwhile sees you going up against the clock with up to four players in place. Collecting crystals and speedrunning your way through Georifters is the name of the game, and so if you’re one of the many who find second-chasing a glorious time, will no doubt wish to discover the ins and outs of what makes Georifters appealing.
Finally there is a Battle Race – and this is where things get interesting and bragging rights get taken. Running for up to 4 players, you’ll need to use all your skills in order to platform your way around, twisting the world, firing off weapons and flattening your friends in a straight fight for those canny crystals.
