Blasphemous will allow you the chance to explore these nightmarish world full of twisted religion, discovering the many secrets hidden deep inside. It’ll also let you use devastating combos and brutal executions to smite the hordes of grotesque monsters and titanic bosses, as they attempt to tear you from limb from limb.
Further to that will be the opportunity to locate and equip relics, rosary beads and prayers that call on the powers of the heavens, aiding you in your quest to break your eternal damnation. And by the sounds of it, you’ll need every little bit of help you can get should you wish to succeed in Blasphemous.
Blasphemous will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC later in 2019. For now, check out the trailer below and then hold tight until more details – including a release date, no doubt – arrive. With Team17 behind it though, chances are it’ll be a bit good… just like the likes of My Time at Portia, Yoku’s Island Express and Planet Alpha for instance.
